The Historic Racing Saloon Register (HRSR) Championship is for cars that were in production before 1966. Cars developed in line with period modifications, and a separate class is run for cars complying with fia Appendix K Regulations. With Mini Coopers taking on Ford Anglias, Lotus Cortinas, Ford Mustangs and Ford Falcons, the race is exciting and unpredictable
The Club recreates a bygone era of Motor sport racing real cars around classic racing circuits Not all Motor Racing has not been ruined by electronics, on board computers or traction control.
Drivers joke and socialise together and are always ready to give each other a word of encouragement or lend a hand. Of course the sport is a competition, but good manners, co-operation and sense of fair play are paramount.

The grid is divided into different Classes according to engine size. This gives everybody a chance to win the Championship, from a tiny Class E Hillman Imp to a mighty Class A Jaguar
This has the effect that drivers win the championship based on a mix of skill and luck. It also means that a driver can not simply buy the biggest most expensive car to win, like in Formula One.
